Weathered-In Shells to Turnkey Construction: We work with all types of clients with varying degrees of interest in the build process. Many clients are do-it-yourselfers who desire to be very involved. In the majority of these situations, we prepare the land, lay the foundation and erect the shell with windows, exterior doors and a blacked in roof. We basically weather it in. The clients then complete the interior on their own schedules.

Other clients want to avoid the rough in electrical, plumbing and drywall. Others want it ready to move in, or Turnkey. We’re happy to work on any level as long as the areas of responsibility are clearly defined in the beginning.

Our goal is to be flexible to meet the requirements, time frames and budgets of our clients.
