Any vacant parcel must be prepared for building. Urban sites include power, water and sewer connections. Rural sites often involve road grading permits, wells, septics, power connections and blasting. American Craftsman includes your land preparation as an inherent part of our building services.

Land preparation in the mountains is usually the biggest unknown when it comes to budgeting…how deep must the well be drilled, how much rock needs to be blasted, how much dirt needs to be removed or brought in? We can estimate these costs based on averages for similar sites, however every site is different and every county has different requirements.
