With his background in engineering, he is very consciences of not just how a home looks, but also how it performs, both structurally and efficiency-wise. Bud oversees operations and works closely with clients in land selection and preparation.

Claire Moore, Vice President – Claire oversees sales, real estate services, finances and process flows. This fits in well with her finance degree from the University of Minnesota. Our office coordinates most construction loans and draws for our clients. We also take orders for logs from builders and coordinate the design, ordering, production and shipping of logs from our plant. As a licensed broker, Claire specializes in land sales and acquisitions.
