Our office offers full real estate services, although we specialize in land sales and acquisitions. Both Claire and Bud are licensed real estate brokers in the State of Colorado and have full access to local and some mountain multiple listing services. Bud Moore President	Bud works closely with Planning & Zoning departments, Building Officials and a number of other local, county and state agencies. Bud oversees operations and works closely with client's onsite preparation.
Claire Moore Vice President	Claire oversees sales, real estate services, finances and process flows.
Miles Livingston	Miles is our Contract Project Manager.
Angela Myers	Angela is our Office Manager and works closely with clients on draw requests, billing, finishes, and schedules.
